Brad Points

Brad point drill bits are specially designed to minimize deflection and walking when drilling through wood and some soft composites. Brad point bits have a relatively fine point that helps guide the bit through the workpiece, as well as sharp cutting spurs along the outside edges of the flutes. These spurs shear wood fibers while minimizing the risk of tear out, leaving clean, accurately sized, smooth holes with relatively flat bottoms that require minimal to no sanding. These wood drill bits are essential for any woodworker’s shop.
