These High Performance Spirals run significantly longer than standard solid carbide bits.  Most bits run 35 to 50 sheets in testing before they need sharpening, while these new high performance bits are exceeding 200 sheets in testing. They are made of ultra-hard carbide offering maximum edge life. Special helical geometry allows for highest feed rates and cut quality. Special surface coating further extends blade life.
